EAL Instructor

This full-time on-site role is located in Pune, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons aimed at students learning English as an additional language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective lesson plans to cater to the diverse needs of EAL students.
• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to aid in their language acquisition journey.
• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching methodologies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Relevant teaching qualifications and experience, preferably in an international school setting.
• Expertise in lesson planning, effective communication, and training.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a school community.
