Quality assurance engineers play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions.

This role requires an individual who can design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software applications meet high standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automated Test Script Development: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Test Case Execution and Defect Reporting: Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with detailed documentation.
  • Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Test Automation Framework Improvement: Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Performance and Regression Testing: Conduct performance and regression testing to ensure system stability and scalability.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 - 10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in test automation tools, strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
