The Senior Manager of Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. This individual will oversee financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting activities to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management and Compliance: Maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely monthly closure of books, and drive audits and accounting policies development.
• Reporting and Budgeting: Analyze monthly financial performance, develop annual budgets, and monitor business performance against plans and targets.
• Risk Management and Investor Relations: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, handle investor reporting and due diligence, and advise on strategic decisions.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A Chartered Accountant certification with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong people management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Experience working with startups
• Fintech experience is desirable
