Webflow Developer Role

We're seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversions and exceed expectations. As a key member of our marketing team, you will design and develop visually appealing websites that meet business goals.

About the Job

This is a critical role in our marketing department where you'll work closely with designers and marketers to build engaging web properties. Your primary responsibility will be to craft responsive web pages and landing page concepts that boost user engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and marketers to conceptualize and implement website designs.
  • Monitor site performance, run regular audits, and optimize for better results.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts using Webflow and your expertise.
  • Work with content, design, and product teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field, applying this knowledge to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow, developing responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ever-changing trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful website design and development, particularly for brand and marketing sites.
