Job Title: Performance Tester

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
  • Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues.
  • Work closely with teams to define performance test requirements.
  • Document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with JMeter.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.
  • Good knowledge of analyzing performance test results and identifying root causes.
  • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (any stream) OR MCA OR M.Sc. (IT).

Additional Information:

  • Shift work may be applicable.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts. The goal is to ensure the system can handle a large number of users without any issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, including load testing, stress testing, and endurance testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with development, QA, and business teams to define performance test requirements. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets the required performance standards.

Able to analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and scalability issues and document test scenarios, test data, and results for review and knowledge sharing. Requirements include having at least three years of experience with JMeter, a good understanding of analysis and identification of root causes, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
