Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan expert to join our team.

  • Effectively manage complex models and optimize their performance through regular maintenance and best practices.
  • Work closely with business partners on Rollovers, Bug fixes, and model enhancements requests for respective zones.

Maintenance and Upkeep:

  • Maintain models according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Understand the functional perspective of models and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge Management and Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain process and solution documentation related to Anaplan.
  • Ensure correct usage and application of Anaplan functionality.

Training and Backup:

  • Provide training and support in case of system downtime or BCP situations.

Coordination and Implementation:

  • Coordinate and implement best practices and standards across teams.

Documentation and Access:

  • Document and maintain business contingency plans and provide access to Anaplan models as required.

Master Data and Hierarchies:

  • Maintain master data and hierarchies in accordance with industry standards.

Budgeting Support:

  • Provide budgeting support and estimate effort for new requirements and projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Required Qualifications: MBA Finance/Operations, CA/CWA/Bachelorette of Engineering, L3 certification.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan world, handling complex models, good understanding of Anaplan basics.

Skills and Technical Competencies:

  • Understanding of Budgeting & Planning, Rolling Forecast, Overhead, Supply, and Sales.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of planning solutions (Anaplan/IBM TM1/Oracle Hyperion), SAP, Cognos is an asset.
