We are seeking a Design Team Member to support our Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to our playbook, brand standards, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and updating our Design Playbook, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and evolving best practices.
  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals, evaluating feasibility and project viability.
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines, driving project efficiency and collaboration.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to completion, adhering to branding and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Validate design compliance with approved plans, technical accuracy, and alignment with company standards.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and version control, maintaining consistency and integrity.
  • Flag deviations and escalate unresolved design issues, ensuring prompt resolution and project success.
Growth Alignment

The Design Team Member will act as the central engine driving design standardization, enabling faster rollout across our expansion strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration

The role reports to the Head of Design and partners closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects, demonstrating expertise and leadership.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results.
  • Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion, with a track record of success.
  • Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
