Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our team specializing in AWS/GCP cloud service provider environments.

This role requires deep expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and highly available cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Infrastructure Design & Operations:
    • Architect, deploy, and manage highly available cloud environments.
    • Optimize and maintain cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, Route 53, VPC, ELB, and CloudFront.
    • Assist in troubleshooting networking, compute, and storage issues.
    • Implement best practices for performance, cost efficiency, and security.
    • Manage multi-account cloud environments using AWS Organizations and Control Tower.
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
    • Automate cloud infrastructure deployment using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
    • Utilize automation and orchestration tools for cloud operations.
    • Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Security, Compliance & Governance:
    • Implement security best practices, including IAM roles, least privilege policies, security groups, and KMS encryption.
    • Monitor security threats using AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and CloudTrail.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization:
    • Act as the final escalation point for cloud-related incidents.
    • Monitor cloud infrastructure using cloud monitoring tools.
    • Troubleshoot network, compute, storage, and security issues.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure operations, and automation.
    • Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, S3, Route 53, ELB, and Auto Scaling.
    • Strong knowledge of networking and cloud security.
    • Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and cloud operations.
