AI and Analytics Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Program Lead to join our team of experts in AI and analytics. As a key member of our delivery teams, you will be responsible for the overall success of our programs.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology consulting, with experience in program delivery, project planning, and tracking. You will work closely with internal data science teams to drive problem discovery, scoping, and delivery.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and client management skills, with the ability to coordinate program delivery and measure the value of solutions developed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive problem discovery, scoping, program management, and delivery.
  • Lead requirements elicitation using business acumen and technology understanding.
  • Translate solutions requirements to technical architects and review solution design and estimation.
  • Coordinate program delivery, communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays, and successes.
  • Measure and articulate the value of solutions developed to drive adoption by business teams.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-14 years of relevant experience, including hands-on development.
  • Program delivery experience in multiple data systems, including cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Project planning and tracking in agile and waterfall paradigms.
  • Experience working on programs with significant application engineering and development components.
  • Exposure to MLOps/DevOps in the context of cloud-based predictive analytics solution deployment.
  • Team management and client stakeholder management.
