We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI Engineering Group.
You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions, automating processes, and defining best practices and accelerators.
Main Responsibilities- Design and develop high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams to implement Machine Learning models into production.
- Implement innovative ML/AI automation solutions for scale and efficiency.
- Develop industrialized processing pipelines and define best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations.
- Implement AI/MLOps frameworks and support Data Science teams in best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with modern techniques, tools, and frameworks in ML Architecture and Operations.
- Lead technical projects, defining tasks, guidelines, and evaluating results.
- Create technical documentation and support junior engineers.
- Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, and model life-cycle.
- Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development.
- Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Nice to have skills include practical experience with other programming languages, tools like AirFlow, ADF or Kubeflow, and CI/CD and DevOps concepts.
