About the Role

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Full Stack Developer.

Our client is a leading AI company accelerating the advancement and deployment of powerful AI systems. They help customers by advancing frontier model capabilities in thinking, reasoning, coding, agentic behavior, multimodality, multilinguality, STEM, and frontier knowledge.

Their talent cloud consists of 4M+ software engineers, data scientists, and STEM experts who can train models and build AI applications. This is all orchestrated by ALAN - an AI-powered platform for matching and managing talent, generating human and synthetic data to improve model performance, and accelerating workflows for model evaluation and building AI applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Code Development: Write readable, reusable, and maintainable code that adheres to high-quality standards.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality of code developed by the team.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Documentation: Provide well-organized, correct, and annotated code that facilitates collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Educational Background: Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Development Methodology: Develop web apps using modular development and scalable architectures, with a strong focus on code readability and security/stability.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript syntax and conventions.
  • Experience: Experience working with JavaScript or TypeScript & Python.
  • Technological Requirements: Solid understanding of JavaScript ES6 and Node.js or Nest JS and React or Angular or VueJS.
  • Docker Knowledge: Mandatory knowledge of Docker.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Additional Skills: Nice to have prior software Quality Assurance, Test Planning experience, and test-driven development.
  • LLM Experience: Nice to have LLM experience with prompting in ChatGPT and other llms.
