Job Title: Senior .Net Developer and Subject Matter Expert

We are inviting applications for a challenging role as a Lead Consultant - .Net Developer. In this position, you will be working as a Senior .Net Developer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BPM-related applications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have significant experience of delivery, operational business/IT support services in a highly integrated multi-application environment. They will be able to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones and be flexible to work in non-standard hours in supporting global production systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide SME/Managerial level support for BPM (.Net) related applications.
  • Ensure services are delivered in line with the agreed service level targets.
  • Act as an escalation point and focus on addressing possible service delivery issues.
  • Identify and facilitate delivery of service improvements.
  • Communicate effectively across complex and diverse groups of stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Significant experience of delivery, operational business/IT support services in a highly integrated multi-application environment.
  2. Ability to work in a virtual environment across multiple time zones.
  3. Flexibility to work in non-standard hours in supporting global production systems.
  4. Strong knowledge repository to ensure retention of knowledge and backup structure within the teams.
  5. Ability to develop team members and direct reports by providing day-to-day guidance, feedback, and on-the-job coaching.
  6. In-depth knowledge of .Net, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
  7. Experience in integrating data storage solutions through APIs on Azure storage, MS SQL, Azure Cache.
  8. Knowledge of Azure functions, Azure logic apps, Azure Event hub, Azure API gateway.
  9. Experience in troubleshooting issues and providing resolution to end-users under high-pressure environments.
  10. Support 24x5 mission-critical environments.
  11. Raise incident/problem tickets as required.
  12. Conduct RCA - provide root cause analysis and associated problem ticket management.
  13. Resolve - provide second-level support for the resolution of incidents/problem tickets.
  14. Support Change & Release Management - relevant phases of the change & release management process, adhering to delivery milestones and timelines (e.g., Break/Fix testing).
  15. Provide KT to new team members.
  16. Proactive monitoring of batch jobs, transactional errors, dashboards, production reporting schedules, databases, and server health.
  17. Support ad hoc requests from the Business for assistance in discussing/resolving issues not captured under existing Solution Manager tickets (e.g., knowledge gaps and training).
  18. Provide support during key periods of business activity, such as month, quarter, and year-end activities.
  19. Attend, participate, and contribute in 1:1's, team meetings, Goal Plans, and Development Activities.
  20. Able to demonstrate the use of problem-solving methodologies.
  21. Able to work within a culturally diverse environment.
  22. Adaptable and flexible approach to working across global business locations.
