Backend Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend architectures using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints for seamless frontend-backend communication.
  • Optimize database schemas for relational databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in APIs, queries, and backend logic using load handling, caching, and horizontal scaling strategies.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate backend services into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, preferably in a product or platform team.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript; familiarity with Express.js, NestJS, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Proficient in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs; working knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
  • Experience working with Docker, Git, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
