Seeking a 3D Visualisation Specialist

We require an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-end interior design projects. The successful candidate will have strong visualisation skills, the ability to translate creative concepts into photorealistic 3D renders, and a keen eye for aesthetics, materials, and lighting.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our designers and architects to bring creative ideas to life and present them in a realistic manner.

  • Create high-quality 3D visualisations and walkthroughs for interior projects.
  • Develop conceptual and detailed 3D models from design briefs, sketches, and CAD drawings.
  • Apply realistic textures, materials, and lighting to achieve photorealistic outputs.
  • Collaborate with interior designers and architects to ensure design intent is accurately translated.
  • Prepare and present design visualisations for client meetings and project pitches.
  • Maintain an organised library of 3D assets, materials, and textures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and rendering techniques.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Photoshop (knowledge of Unreal Engine/Blender/Enscape is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
  • Ability to produce photorealistic visualisations within deadlines.
  • Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and detail orientation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role within an interior design/architecture firm.
  • Experience in creating client presentations and walkthrough animations.
