The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for commercial office projects, collaborating with clients to understand requirements and timelines, preparing space planning, conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D presentations, working closely with project managers and site engineers for smooth execution, selecting and finalizing materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, reviewing and approving detailed drawings before execution, mentoring junior designers, ensuring compliance with safety codes and building regulations, and delivering high-quality projects within deadlines.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.">
  • 4–7 years of experience in commercial office interiors, preferably in a leadership role.">
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience.">
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.">
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.">
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.">
  • Knowledge of materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination.">
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.">
