We are seeking a Business Manager to join our team, responsible for identifying new opportunities in current and prospective markets. Key duties include developing customer databases, managing the buying and selling of plastic resins, representing the company at meetings and conferences, maintaining relationships with resin producers, and conducting market research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication and offer management.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the buying and selling of plastic resins, including coordination with producers and distributors.
  • Representation: Represent the company at meetings and conferences, promoting the company's trademarks and products.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain and develop relationships with resin producers and other key stakeholders.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather information on prices, trends, and customer habits.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in trading polymers in India and international markets.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the polymer market in India, as well as the latest business policies and regulations.
  • Skills: Demonstrable analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding leadership quality, and negotiation skills.
