Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing and executing performance testing strategies that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining technical expertise in performance/load testing dictums, designing and developing solutions for supporting Cloud (Azure Devops) and CI/CD for SeV utilization, and communicating effectively across multiple teams/external vendors when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain technical expertise in performance/load testing dictums.
  • Design and develop solutions for supporting Cloud (Azure Devops) and CI/CD for SeV utilization.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple teams/external vendors when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 7+ years of Performance testing experience.
  • Min 5 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner experience using protocols Citrix, RDP, Java, and Performance testing Mobile Technologies and database.
  • Significant experience working with Jmeter and APM tools including NewRelic and Graphana.
  • Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing using SOAP UI, Postman and Swagger.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Performance testing principles, techniques, and standards, such as test design, test execution, test reporting, and test management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes and practices, such as agile, waterfall, and DevOps.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in CI/CD tools and practices, such as Jenkins, Azure repo, Bitbucket, azure devops, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
