Storyteller - Transforming Ideas into Compelling Cinematic Narratives

We seek a concept-driven professional who can turn creative briefs into powerful screen-ready stories. At the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, you'll craft brand films, testimonials, reels, educational content, and campus stories that feel real, inspiring, and unforgettable.

Candidates with experience in creative agencies or directed branded content will thrive here. You'll write with both a cinematic eye and production mind, understanding how each line translates to screen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling scripts for various content: reels, testimonials, brand videos, motion explainers, interviews, and campus docs
  • Collaborate with content strategists and producers to create emotionally resonant narratives
  • Polish and rewrite scripts drafted by internal teams, aligning them with storytelling best practices
  • Ensure pacing, flow, tone, and messaging match audience and platform requirements
  • Participate in directional planning, blocking, and shoot scripting when needed
  • Guide VO recordings, scene transitions, and editing cues through your script structure
  • Develop story structures and creative templates for recurring formats

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience as a scriptwriter/copywriter/screenwriter in creative agencies or branded content studios
  • Experience in Tech and EdTech domains is a plus
  • Video direction or co-directing campaigns experience is a strong plus
  • Strong grasp of structure, emotional flow, narrative layering, and dialogue authenticity
  • Visual thinking—your words are designed to move on screen, not just sit on a doc
  • Ability to write for different platforms (YouTube, Reels, Docs, Social Ads) and audiences (students, parents, professionals)
  • Familiarity with regional stories and cultural nuance is a big plus
  • Bonus: Experience working closely with editors, cinematographers, or designers
