About Our Job

  • Create strategic business plans and tactics for assigned zones, aligning with company priorities and market trends.
  • Monitor market dynamics to adapt and improve strategies in response to consumer trends, competition, and changing business objectives.
  • Develop regional goals and target settings based on defined strategies.
  • Manage team performance, monitor activities, and ensure territory plans reflect objectives.
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business objectives and with Medical Marketing to promote initiatives.
  • Achieve zone business objectives with consistent excellence.
  • Analyze local market trends, category trends, and competition awareness to take corrective actions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and support supply chain planning.

Key Requirements

  • Hold an MBA with a background in Science or relevant experience.
  • Have 12-15 years of experience in Medical Sales, with at least 2-3 years as a second-line manager from the Healthcare industry.
  • Experience with therapies such as Gynecologist or Endocrinologist/Diabetologist.
  • Demonstrate competencies including Strategic Mindset, Leadership, Coaching and Mentorship, Product Knowledge, Data Analytics, and Relationship management.
