Job Description

The selected candidate will work as part of a development team, reporting to the project manager and technical lead. We are looking for an expert in Dynamics 365 Customer Service with experience in developing, deploying, customizing and integrating the platform.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing business processes, plugins and workflows. Your expertise in creating custom entities and relationships between those entities will be crucial in this role.

You will also have the opportunity to work on multiple business units with data segregation and cross BU access/roles. Additionally, your strong hand-on experience in developing Dynamics Self-service Portals and Custom portal integrating multiple Dynamics instance will be valuable assets.

We are looking for a candidate who has experience in software development using Microsoft .Net, C#, JSON and jQuery. Proficiency in Customer Service Hub, Unified Client Interface, Client API form context and Model-driven apps is also required.

An ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing automations using Power Automate and Power Apps. Experience in developing applications that can be published to Azure is also essential.

We need someone who can handle huge volumes of case and email records. Additionally, experience in using third party tools to configure, customize, monitor and troubleshoot the Dynamics application is a must.

A Strong Agile/Scrum based process implementation using tools like Azure DevOps with pipeline automation for CI/CD is necessary. You should also have experience in designing and automating survey forms using MS Forms Pro.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Insights, AI Powered Dashboards, AI Predictive analytics and other AI-driven insights is a plus. Hands-on experience in developing Power BI Dashboards & Reports is also desirable.

We are looking for a candidate who can provide troubleshooting/technical support. Active participation in design and analysis sessions to ensure sound team decision-making is expected. Support system and user acceptance testing activities, including issue resolution, is also necessary.

Finally, complete technical documentation to ensure the system is fully documented is a requirement.
