This role is ideal for an ambitious student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic luxury real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients through cold calls, introductions and follow-ups.
  • Assist in documentation and internal coordination to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research on luxury property trends and competitor analysis to inform our sales strategy.
  • Support the client servicing team with high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Coordinate site visits, client meetings and events to foster meaningful relationships.
  • Develop strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Current enrollment or recent graduation in Business, Real Estate, Management or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills for successful client interactions.
  • Multitasking and day-to-day operational expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • A passion for the luxury real estate sector.
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
  • Digital marketing or social media knowledge.
  • Prior internship or experience in sales, real estate or consulting.
  • Ability to create engaging reports, presentations and client materials.

Internship duration: 3 months, stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000, working days: 6 days a week, timings: 11:00 AM – 06:00 PM.

This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to the luxury real estate industry, as well as opportunities to develop your skills and network with professionals in the field.
