Job Title: Oracle FCCS Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCCS expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial consolidation and close processes, with the ability to design, configure, and support FCCS applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  2. Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users, leveraging advanced data analysis skills.
  3. Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
  4. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, collaborating with finance and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency.
  6. Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions, driving innovation and efficiency.
  7. Contribute to knowledge building on Tagetik within the team, sharing expertise and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support, with a strong understanding of consolidation processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView, with the ability to develop and manage complex reports.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Openness to learn and work on other consolidation tools, such as Tagetik, with a willingness to adapt and evolve.
