Strategic Programme Leader

Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini seeks an experienced leader to lead programme development and enhance organisational activities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with exceptional communication and relationship building skills, having 10+ years of experience in programme management, supervision, and budgeting.
We are looking for a versatile candidate who can establish goals, prioritise projects, create standards, and monitor quality and outcomes of programmes from inception to execution. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in planning, publicity, report writing, programme proposals, printing, book creation, documentation, etc., preferably in a social organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Training design & content development and its execution
- Creating visibility for programmes
- Report writing, project proposals, and documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Graduate/ Post graduate degree in sociology, political science or related field
- 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years in training & programme management for NGOs, government & semi-government bodies
Additional requirements include proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English (written & spoken), computer literacy, and proficiency in word, excel & PowerPoint.
