Hair Transplant Nurse

The role of a Hair Restoration Nurse is crucial in ensuring patient safety and comfort during hair restoration procedures. The nurse is responsible for preparing patients, assisting surgeons with graft extraction and implantation, handling instruments, maintaining sterile environments, and providing pre- and post-operative care.

• Prepare the operating theater, instruments, and materials for hair transplant procedures (FUE).
• Assist the surgeon during graft extraction, dissection, counting, and implantation.
• Maintain strict aseptic and sterilization protocols at all times.
• Provide pre-operative patient preparation and counseling.
• Monitor patient vitals and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Educate patients about post-transplant care, medication, and recovery.
• Maintain detailed patient records and procedure logs.
• Handle emergency situations during or after the procedure efficiently.
• Support overall clinic activities when not in surgery (patient care, stock management, sterilization).

• Diploma / B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration.
• Prior experience in dermatology / cosmetic surgery / OT nursing is preferred.
• Familiarity with hair transplant techniques (FUE) is advantageous.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail are required.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills are essential.
• The ability to work long surgical hours with focus and precision is necessary.
