Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading cross-functional global program teams to deliver product/service development within set timelines and budget parameters.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end execution of product development, including new product introduction, certification, and factory readiness.

  • Manage scheduling, budgeting, and risk using Microsoft Project.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies and vendor coordination for program needs.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and communication across Sales, Ops, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply full lifecycle program management for multidisciplinary global initiatives.
  • Ensure product introduction readiness through effective training of internal teams.
  • Build trust and resolve conflicts through negotiation and escalation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Program management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to drive stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and supply chain management.
