Faculty Position in Quantitative Technique Area

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill a faculty position in the Quantitative Technique Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching graduate-level courses in commerce and management, as well as coordinating and developing programs for the university.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. with a first-class degree in a relevant discipline and have significant research experience, including publications in peer-reviewed journals and a minimum research score of 120. Additionally, they should have guided at least two doctoral candidates and have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least three years equivalent to an associate professor.

The candidate should also have professional work experience recognized at the national or international level as equivalent to a Ph.D. and have eight years of managerial experience in a large organization, MNC, or conglomerate. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research, and evidence of published work in peer-reviewed journals are also essential.

  • Qualifying Criteria - Professor:
  • a. Ph.D. with first-class degree in a relevant discipline
  • b. Minimum 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • c. Minimum research score of 120
  • d. Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates
  • e. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry
  • Qualifying Criteria - Associate Professor:
  • a. Ph.D. with first-class degree in a relevant discipline
  • b. Minimum 7 SCI publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • c. Minimum research score of 75
  • d. Minimum 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry
  • Qualifying Criteria - Assistant Professor:
  • a. With a minimum of 55% in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline
  • b. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
