We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide comprehensive technical assistance for MS-Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with functional consultants to design MS D365 technical solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop high-quality documentation as per industry standards to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and maintain security roles and user access management to ensure data integrity.
  • Support DRA, Printer, and scanner-related requirements to ensure seamless operations.
  • Create, manage, and maintain workflows and batch jobs to streamline business processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations or D365 F&O.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for D365 F&O.
  • Understanding of printers, handheld scanners, and F&O as a cloud-hosted application.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization.
