Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement and growth.

This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media for brands, artists, or production houses, with a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Snapchat.

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring content across these platforms, including daily scheduling, audience engagement, trend-based ideation, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
  • Create engaging content for multiple platforms
  • Manage social media calendars and schedules
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with business objectives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in managing social media
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
