We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Purchasing Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, engaging with suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication with suppliers on ongoing procurement matters;
- Follow up with suppliers for rates and required documents;
- Maintain records in the offer sheet, including pricing, delivery timelines, and document status;
- Assist in managing enquiries as per the directions received;
- Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in purchasing or a similar role;
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written);
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Drive;
- Excellent email drafting and communication skills;
- CRM familiarity and willingness to adopt internal systems;
