Corporate Attorney Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
  • Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, compliance, employment, and regulatory matters.
  • Support business teams in client negotiations and enable smooth deal closures.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, IT laws, and international regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA.
  • Manage legal risks and proactively provide strategic advice to leadership.
  • Liaise with external counsel for litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and compliance frameworks for global operations.
Requirements:
  • LLB/LLM from a recognized institution.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably in the IT services or consulting sector.
  • Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation with international clients.
  • Familiarity with data privacy, intellectual property, labor, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a mid-to-large IT services/consulting company.
  • Exposure to multi-jurisdictional contracts and cross-border legal issues.
  • Membership in a Bar Council / Corporate Legal Association is an asset.
