About the RoleThis position is responsible for ensuring the university meets its academic goals by coordinating curriculum development, monitoring student performance, and managing academic records.
Key Responsibilities:- Academic Planning and Implementation: Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs to meet the needs of students and faculty.
- Curriculum Development: Coordinate with departments to develop and revise curricula that align with industry standards.
- Student Performance Monitoring: Track student performance to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decisions.
- Academic Records Management: Ensure accurate and timely management of student records to support enrollment and graduation processes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective collaboration between departments to achieve academic goals and improve overall university performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer:GLA University offers a competitive salary range of ₹ 8,00,000 - ₹ 12,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
