Job Title: AI/ML Engineer with Expertise in Generative AI and RAG Architectures

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Generative AI and RAG Architectures to join our team at Techment Technology.

Estimated Salary: $175,000 per year

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience in deploying cutting-edge generative models and solutions that drive key product features and innovations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Advanced AI/ML Models: The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models, focusing on Generative AI solutions and RAG Architectures.
  • Architect Scalable Machine Learning Pipelines: We are looking for an engineer who can architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for model training and deployment.
  • Conduct Research and Stay Up-to-Date: The ideal candidate will conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.
  • Develop Documentation: The successful candidate will develop and maintain documentation for AI/ML models, processes, and tools.
  • Collaborate with Teams: We are seeking an engineer who can collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product teams to identify opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Optimize Algorithms: The ideal candidate will optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
  • Lead Technical Vision: The successful candidate will lead the technical vision and direction for generative AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Mentor Junior Engineers: We are looking for an engineer who can provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to the team's growth.
  • Ensure Reliability: The ideal candidate will conduct thorough tests and experiments on machine learning models to ensure their reliability and effectiveness.
  • Maintain Software Quality: We are seeking an engineer who can participate in code and design reviews to maintain high standards of software quality.
  • Ensure Compliance: The successful candidate will ensure compliance with best practices in data privacy and security.
Preferred Skills:
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP): Expertise in NLP, neural networks, and deep learning technologies is required.
  • Large Language Models (LLMs): Experience with LLMs and their applications is essential.
  • Cloud Computing: The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud computing platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Google Cloud , Azure) and container orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Data Preprocessing: Familiarity with data preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering techniques is required.
  • Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems like Git and collaborative tools such as JIRA or Confluence is essential.
  • Reinforcement Learning: Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and other advanced AI methodologies is desirable.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 8 Years Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in machine learning, with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI.
  • Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is required.
  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other languages such as C++ or Java are essential.
  • Machine Learning Deployment: Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models to production is required.
  • Algorithms and Data Structures: Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles is necessary.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively are required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
  • Certifications: Certifications in AI/ML and Generative AI are a plus.
