Job Title: Call Center Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day call center operations.
  • Set team goals and deadlines effectively.
  • Motivate and manage team members for optimal performance.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to ensure high standards are met.
  • Assign campaigns to agents, monitor compliance, and conduct audits.
  • Analyze MIS reports to identify areas for improvement and training needs.
  • Handle HR functions, including hiring and agent development.
  • Oversee social media engagement for team members and maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Strategic decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Relevant training in team leadership can be beneficial.
