About this role:

This SOC L2 Specialist position requires a strong understanding of information security policies and best practices.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to the Level 1 Team, investigate incidents, and inform management on proactive and reactive actions to ensure adherence to security policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Response: Investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Security Monitoring: Monitor SIEM and logging for alerts of potential network threats.
  • Collaboration: Interface with technical personnel from various disciplines to resolve critical issues rapidly.
  • Cyber Threat Hunting: Identify and eliminate known and unknown network threats.
  • Advisory Services: Inform and advise leadership of incidents and propose effective responses and/or countermeasures for containment.
