Interior Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an in-house designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interiors across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop interior design concepts aligned with the project vision and market trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Select and manage materials, finishes, and FF&E within defined timelines.
  • Stay updated with design trends to drive innovation and enhance project value.
Project Scope:
  • Designing and executing club houses, sample flats, sales offices, common areas, and amenity spaces in line with brand aesthetics and market trends.
  • Maintaining strong design sensibility, project management skills, and real estate experience.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
  • Degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
