Job Overview

We are seeking an expert to join our Research & Development team as a Psychometrician. This role combines innovation with expertise to design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting projects for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
• Use AI-powered translation tools to translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations.
• Build and maintain AI-driven personalised programmes that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models.

Assessment Tool Development

• Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision and enhancement.
• Create innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
• Manage R&D Projects using project management tools.

Client Support & Consulting

• Develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and personalised reports.
• Produce detailed technical documentation and user manuals for customised tools.
