As a key member of our GTM Ops team, you will work closely with talented functional teams to provide an agile, inclusive, and effective learning ecosystem that inspires development experiences and enables shifts in learning mindsets. Your partners will be some of the world's most talented engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales teams, whom you will work closely with to ensure high-performance culture and drive high company performance.

A Day in the Life

  • You will use the integration management playbook to plan out the integration process for upcoming Innovaccer acquisitions.
  • Understand how the acquired company manages its business, identifies competition trends, and major industry developments.
  • Develop a Day 1 plan to ensure smooth integration.
  • Create a communication plan for employees in both companies, stakeholders, customers, suppliers, vendors, partners, recruits, communities, and more.
  • Analyze both companies' historical and forecasted financial performance and how the combined entity will perform.
  • Track metrics, OKRs, and a cadence in place for measuring success against defined criteria.
  • Develop the integration strategy, set guiding principles, and champion the vision of the integration program management structure.
  • Assist with launching functional integration teams, helping them understand their charters and organize for success.
  • Plan and conduct the Integration Team Kickoff Meeting to ensure all functional integration leaders understand their roles and responsibilities during the transition period.
  • Brief the acquired management team and employees on the integration process and its impact.
  • Escalate issues requiring senior-level input for quick and effective resolution.
  • Manage interdependencies between functions to prioritize and sequence activities correctly.
  • Evaluate risks associated with integration and mitigate them to the most reasonable extent possible.
  • Ensure exit criteria are met.
  • Document handoffs to business line leaders at the end of the transition period.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitions.
  • Plan and define corporate OKRs, supporting metrics, and templates for weekly and quarterly reviews.
  • Drive business reporting around OKRs and key initiatives.
  • Work closely with Org heads, their direct reports, and Ops leads.
  • Analyze market opportunities and operational trends to develop best practices and tools from the industry.
  • Streamline cross-functional processes to improve business operations.
  • Support category reporting by scheduling, driving agenda, creating reporting templates, and collaborating with ELT and category leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience at a High Tech company, preferably with acquisition integration work. At least some first-hand experience in a company that has grown inorganically.
  • High energy, self-starter attitude.
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree from top-tier institutions or similar academic/professional experience.
  • Experience working in demanding environments with highly motivated professionals.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with various workstreams, proven leadership success over a wide range of functional business problems, and multiple stakeholders at senior and junior levels.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong leadership skills, team-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Influence corporate opinion, key stakeholders, and make timely decisions.
  • Understand the big picture, with attention to detail.
  • Organizational knowledge, motivational skills, and ability to quickly prioritize.
  • Background in finance, understanding business, and functional areas can be extremely helpful.
  • Global experience, especially with US-based business experience preferred.
  • Data visualization skills also preferred.
