Job Title: Senior Java Software Development Trainer

We are seeking a seasoned software development trainer with extensive knowledge of the Java programming language and a strong understanding of teaching techniques and fundamentals.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive learning paths, designing technical training programs, conducting in-house training, and directly contributing to the career growth and development of numerous aspiring tech professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-depth training on Java technologies, including data structures and algorithms.
  • Create Learning Paths in collaboration with the Leadership team to develop comprehensive programs and courses.
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of thousands of freshers by providing them with the skills they need to secure their first job in the tech industry.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements.
  • Mentor students, provide career guidance, and help them navigate the job market.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry to continuously update and improve the training curriculum.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or other relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Total experience of 1-5 years or above.
  • Familiarity with languages: Java, SQL, and web development tools like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub.
  • Knowledge of software developer industry trends.
