Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Department: Finance / Taxation

Location: Gurugram Sector 67

Experience: 0–1 years (post-qualification)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Freshers are also preferred.

Role Description

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant for our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances, financial audits, advisory, reporting, and regulatory matters. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh CAs or those with up to one year of experience to gain in-depth exposure to taxation, compliance, and audit practices within a fast-growing global consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle direct and indirect tax compliances, including income tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Assist in tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Draft and review audit reports, tax assessments, and financial statements.
  • Support in corporate tax planning, transfer pricing, and litigation matters.
  • Ensure timely filing of returns, documentation, and statutory reporting.
  • Provide advisory support on taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance to internal stakeholders.
  • Keep track of amendments in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws, GST, auditing standards, and compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-drafting skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting/ERP tools.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
