Job Description

The role of Surveillance Manager is to ensure the integrity of our electronic and audio communication systems by detecting and investigating potential violations of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and compliance standards. This involves reviewing and analyzing alerts generated from automated surveillance systems, as well as performing audio surveillance by listening to voice communications of recorded employees.

As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in communication logs, trade data, and other relevant information. You will also support general compliance activities and special projects as assigned by Senior Management.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as financial services or banking, and at least 8-10 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is required, with native-level proficiency preferred. Japanese and/or French language skills are a plus.
