Senior Interior Design Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Designer to excel in a high-profile residential project management role. This position will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering mid-to-high segment residential projects that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-design services, including demonstrations of finishes and design options to ensure alignment with client expectations
  • Create detailed proposals using specialized software
  • Maintain multiple project engagements simultaneously while adhering to company policies and customer requirements
  • Prepare and share 3D designs and renders with clients through collaborative efforts with 3D Modelers

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in residential designing
  • No less than 2 years of experience in the modular industry
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape
  • A clear understanding of capturing client expectations from space
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of materials and finishes
  • A strong foundation in ergonomics and design principles
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
