Electrical Systems Design Engineer

The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop electrical systems for various projects, encompassing high voltage (HV), medium voltage (MV), and low voltage (LV) system design, 3D modeling, and 2D layout.

This position requires experience in the Chemical/Oil & Gas domain and the ability to prepare electrical deliverables independently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data collection for projects
  • Generating design documents for multiple projects
  • Exposure to HV and LV system design
  • Single line diagrams preparation
  • Electrical equipment specification preparation
  • Electrical layout preparation
  • Lighting design on DiaLux and layouts
  • Earthing and Lightning system design
  • Technical bid analysis/tender preparation and evaluation
  • BOQ/BOM preparation
  • Knowledge of Hazardous area requirements, Heat tracing system design, etc.
  • Knowledge of ELV systems
  • 3D model/2D layout in EL

External Skills And Expertise:

NFPA, UL, IEC, HV and LV system design SLD, EHT, Brown field project, electrical engineering
