We are a media marketing agency that partners with top influencers and brands to empower them by scaling their content production and connecting them with their ideal audience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute content strategies aligned with the agency's goals and objectives, including creating content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and assisting our design lead with client design briefs.
  • Client-side content management experience, including editing, cross-checking facts, and delivering final work.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
  • Manage social media campaigns end-to-end, staying on top of trends and capitalizing on timely opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • Identify and fill content gaps, keeping an eye on trending topics and discussions in the blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Use project management tools like Notion and Trello to organize and track campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Sometimes it is necessary to switch between different brand voices and tones while maintaining authenticity.
  • It is essential to be ready to dive deep into new topics, verifying facts and finding interesting angles for your threads.
Requirements:
  • Experience writing threads or short-form social content.
  • Experience across various content formats such as Crypto technical docs, X threads, posts, Discord announcements, and crypto blogs is preferred.
  • A solid background in Web3, with particular knowledge of gaming and crypto ecosystems. It is expected that you can discuss everything from DeFi and NFTs to GameFi and DAOs.
  • An understanding of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting and capitalizing on trending topics in the Web3 space.
  • An ability to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
