Overview: We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead with a strong foundation in PHP development to join our dynamic team at Novora Technologies India Pvt Ltd.Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies and best practices to streamline software development and delivery pipelines.
  • Manage and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Implement monitoring tools and strategies to track application health and proactively address performance issues.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure the security of our applications and infrastructure by implementing appropriate measures and staying updated on security trends.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members in DevOps practices and technologies.

Requirements:


  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP development and understanding of PHP frameworks (e.g. Laravel, Symfony).
  • Solid understanding of scripting languages (Bash, Python) and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and experience with security tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and technologies, including: configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
