Overview:
A reputable organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Sheetline Operator to join its plastic department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in polycarbonate and PMMA material processing.

About the Role:
This is a key position responsible for overseeing the production of plastic sheets through an extrusion process. Key responsibilities include:

Machine Operation:
- Set up and operate sheet extrusion machines with precision.
- Monitor machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) to ensure they meet production standards.
- Perform routine checks to guarantee equipment efficiency.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and address any inconsistencies.

Quality Control:
- Inspect finished products for dimensions, thickness, uniformity, and other quality standards.
- Test samples to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Record production data and report any deviations from quality standards.

Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance of extrusion machines, dies, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or technical issues.
- Report major equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team.

Production Management:
- Coordinate with supervisors to meet production schedules and targets.
- Monitor raw material levels and ensure continuous production flow.
- Document production activities, including material usage and output quantities.

Safety and Compliance:
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
- Ensure the production area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members, quality assurance personnel, and supervisors.
- Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.

Salary Estimate: 15,000 SAR - 20,000 SAR per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of plastic extrusion processes and machinery.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic mechanical skills and ability to use tools.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and operating manuals.
