Job Description for Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for executing culinary dishes with precision and creativity, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you will ensure seamless kitchen operations and consistency in food preparation. You will lead and mentor a team of commis chefs and kitchen assistants, fostering a culture of learning excellence and teamwork.
