Design Innovation Lead

We seek an experienced professional to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge GPU computers that deliver outstanding performance for deep learning, high-performance computing, and computationally intensive workloads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in designing and implementing innovative GPU computer architectures.
  • Identify architectural changes and/or new approaches for accelerating deep learning models.
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive end-to-end workflow from data curation and training to performance optimization and deployment.
  • Develop and optimize Computer Vision Algorithms and Hardware Accelerators for performance and quality metrics.
  • Optimize algorithms for optimal performance on GPU tensor cores.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning (deep neural networks), numerical analysis, performance analysis, model compression and optimization, and computer architecture.
  • Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge with excellent C/C++ programming skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with PyTorch, TensorRT, CuDNN, GPU computing (CUDA, OpenCL, OpenACC), and HPC (MPI, OpenMP).
  • Proficient in Python programming and bash scripting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
