We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the position of US Civil Engineering Recruiter.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for our US clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers, as well as managing end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records is also a key responsibility of this role. Additionally, the recruiter will develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.

Effective communication and timely follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process is crucial to the success of this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in US recruitment, preferably for engineering/architecture roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards and other channels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
