Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our projects in various sectors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong knowledge of project management, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between Cost – Time – Quality, providing timely inputs to contract administration team.
- Produce relevant Management Information Systems at frequent intervals suggested by management.
- Negotiate contractor billing and rates.
- Set baselines, schedule, plan, and report on large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarize yourself with contracts and agreements.
- Estimate time and resource requirements using technical field skills.
- Coordinate with Project Managers/Procurement/Supply Chain for emergency site procurement of construction materials for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) jobs.
- Prepare site organization charts and plan resources accordingly.
- Foster fast-track planning in every stage.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 20 years' experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement & contract, architecture, and design, as well as quality assurance of construction projects.
Industry Background: Real estate, high-rise buildings, big hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.
