Event Coordinator Position

The Event Coordinator role involves overseeing the successful planning, execution, and management of weddings. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and suggestions to help clients achieve their desired outcome.
  • Develop detailed wedding plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainment.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage on-site logistics, including seating arrangements, lighting, and décor.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the event.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wedding or event planning.
  • Proven track record of successful wedding event management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
